Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Quality Engineering Manager, responsible for leading the quality strategy and execution within a remote, full-time role, focusing on software quality, test automation practices, and release readiness for an enterprise SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and enforce quality engineering standards and metrics across the product engineering organization
• Lead and develop a team of QA professionals, overseeing functional, regression, and performance testing
• Serve as the accountable owner for release sign-off on all production deployments and drive continuous improvement in QA processes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance or test engineering
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role
• Experience leading QA for an enterprise SaaS product
• Familiarity with modern test automation frameworks and AI-assisted testing tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
