Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Quality Engineering Manager, responsible for advancing the maturity and effectiveness of the enterprise Quality Engineering function across cloud and on-prem platforms in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a product-centric quality strategy, including QE governance and test automation
• Lead the adoption of AI in Quality Engineering and manage the integration of automated testing within CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor a Quality Engineering team while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining audit-ready practices

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required due to Department of Defense restrictions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Development lifecycles
• 3+ years in a managerial or senior-level role with a deep understanding of quality engineering disciplines
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with backlog management tools
