Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading an automation-first quality engineering function, the full-time remote Manager, Quality Engineering will establish quality strategies, implement scalable automation frameworks, and embed continuous testing practices across core applications and data flows.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement an enterprise-wide quality engineering strategy, establishing standards for testing and release readiness
• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and build reusable automated test suites for critical business workflows
• Embed automated testing into Azure DevOps pipelines, ensuring integration into build and release workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business or related disciplines
• 4-8 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field
• Advanced functional skills and intermediate industry knowledge
• Entry to intermediate managerial skills with a focus on policy and strategy implementation
• High degree of decision-making within the quality engineering function
