Quality Engineering Test Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing SaaS product engagement, the long-term contract Quality Engineering Test Manager will design and implement a comprehensive testing strategy, lead a team of testers, and produce actionable reporting while working 100% remotely within the continental US.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the end-to-end QA approach, including test types, coverage, and defect triage criteria
• Build and enforce a classification framework for triaging reported issues to distinguish between user errors and genuine defects
• Lead a team of internal QA testers and coordinate external end users, ensuring quality and consistency in testing output

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in building QA strategies for complex SaaS products
• Experience testing desktop plugins or desktop-integrated applications alongside web-based interfaces
• Proficiency with Jira and Xray for test plan configuration and reporting
• Working understanding of test automation principles and tools such as Selenium or Playwright
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for client-facing reports and meetings
