Quality Governance Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time remote Quality Governance Manager will oversee the enterprise quality management function for GO Title, ensuring operational quality governance, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across supported business segments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the GO-Title Quality Governance organization and its initiatives
• Establish enterprise quality standards and develop operational quality strategies aligned with business goals
• Monitor operational quality metrics and drive enterprise-level continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Quality Management, or related field preferred
• 8-12+ years of operational, quality, title, or related business experience
• Experience leading quality governance and operational improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with quality management systems
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
