Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Quality & Process Improvement Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and report on call and quality performance for front-line staff
- Evaluate and report on individual and team performance, making recommendations for improvement
- Participate in internal and client call calibrations and compliance reporting
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2 to 4 years of equivalent job experience; quality monitoring experience preferred
- Excellent Excel and general PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service and quality background
- Strong analytical skills
