Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Quality & Process Improvement Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and report on call and quality performance for front-line staff
  • Evaluate and report on individual and team performance, making recommendations for improvement
  • Participate in internal and client call calibrations and compliance reporting
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2 to 4 years of equivalent job experience; quality monitoring experience preferred
  • Excellent Excel and general PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service and quality background
  • Strong analytical skills
