Quality Improvement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Analyst-1.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audits for operational teams, adapting to changes as necessary
• Analyze audit data to identify root causes and recommend process improvements
• Prepare reports and presentations on audit findings for management review

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced experience in quality may substitute for a degree
• 4+ years of experience in quality or business process improvement analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or Visio is a plus
• Quick data processing skills are essential
