Job Summary

To support high-quality, person-centered care, the full-time Quality Improvement Analyst will analyze performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate across the organization to implement data-informed strategies, all while working remotely from specific states.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison with payers and state/county agencies to address audits and quality improvement opportunities
  • Analyze data from audits and corrective action plans to identify trends and recommend targeted quality improvement initiatives
  • Lead and manage quality projects, including task delegation and team coordination from the QCO workplan
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent experience/training
  • 1-3 years of experience in quality improvement
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
  • Knowledge of regulations and internal policies related to quality improvement
  • Able to work within tight timeframes and prioritize multiple assignments
