Quality Improvement Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting quality improvement initiatives, the remote Quality Improvement Analyst will maintain quality data systems, facilitate safety reporting workflows, and collaborate with leaders to drive measurable improvements in participant care.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain quality dashboards and prepare monthly metric summaries to support accountability for quality goals
• Track participant safety events and support investigations, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
• Review acute care utilization metrics and identify trends to present actionable insights to leadership

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quality improvement, healthcare operations, compliance, or a related field
• Highly organized with strong follow-through on workflows and deadlines
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings and facilitating meetings
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt quickly to change
