Key Responsibilities
- Deliver improvement consultation and coaching services to healthcare providers

- Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to enhance healthcare delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing, public health, health care administration, or related field
- Three or more years of experience in quality improvement initiatives as a clinician or coordinator
- Experience in nursing homes, hospitals, clinics, or health care QI entities
- Familiarity with quality improvement methods and tools
- Desirable quality credentials such as CPHQ, CPPS, or Six Sigma training
