Job Summary
To enhance clinical quality and outcomes, the full-time Quality Improvement Consultant will lead quality improvement initiatives, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with clinical teams to optimize preventive care and chronic disease management in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead clinical quality improvement initiatives and monitor quality metrics to identify care gaps

Required qualifications
