Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Quality Improvement Consultant for Outpatient Clinical Practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Quality Improvement Consultants to provide coaching and consultation services to outpatient clinical practices
- Conduct coaching calls with providers and assist team members with data interpretation and improvement strategies
- Engage with providers to identify opportunities for improvement and support them in assessment and action planning processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health care administration, nursing, public health, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or a master's degree with 3+ years
- At least three years of experience in a Quality Improvement Organization (QIO)
- Experience with QI methods and tools, including root cause analysis and Plan-Do-Study-Act
- Quality credentials such as CPHQ, CPPS, or Six Sigma certification are desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
