Job Summary

A company is looking for a QI Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the quality-related event reporting system and process, including root cause analysis and monthly reporting
  • Ensure compliance with service quality and patient safety standards by collaborating with the Quality and Compliance Teams
  • Assist in the development and reporting of performance improvement initiatives and coordinate client communication reporting
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • 2+ years of pharmacy experience required; QI experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Patient safety or healthcare risk certificate, or equivalent, within six months of hire
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Strong patient-centered focus on quality and outcomes
