Job Summary
A company is looking for a QI Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the quality-related event reporting system and process, including root cause analysis and monthly reporting
- Ensure compliance with service quality and patient safety standards by collaborating with the Quality and Compliance Teams
- Assist in the development and reporting of performance improvement initiatives and coordinate client communication reporting
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
- 2+ years of pharmacy experience required; QI experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Patient safety or healthcare risk certificate, or equivalent, within six months of hire
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Strong patient-centered focus on quality and outcomes
