Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Coordinator II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct reviews of delegated entities for compliance with quality and service performance
  • Document and resolve complaints and quality of care issues
  • Audit medical records and analyze data for quality improvement activities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
  • 3+ years of clinical, quality improvement, or healthcare experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a quality function within a healthcare setting
  • LPN, LVN, RN, PA, or LCSW license preferred
  • CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) preferred
