Job Summary

A company is looking for a QI Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the quality-related event (QRE) reporting system and process, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with service quality and regulatory guidelines by contributing data to the Quality and Compliance Teams
  • Collaborate with service line leadership to deliver training and improve performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • 2-5 years of pharmacy experience required; QI experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Patient safety or healthcare risk certificate, or equivalent, within six months of hire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong patient-centered focus on quality and outcomes
