Job Summary

To support contract growth, the full-time remote Quality Improvement Coordinator will manage compliance with deliverables, develop educational opportunities for staff, and establish a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge of current contracts and ensure compliance with deliverables
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans, including policies and procedures
  • Analyze performance indicators and prepare Quality Summary Reports for Senior Management
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health services management, public health, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience with software systems for reporting and data management
  • 2+ years of experience in project organization and operational support
  • General knowledge of process improvement applications
  • Demonstrated experience in professional communication with internal and external customers
