Job Summary
To support contract growth, the full-time remote Quality Improvement Coordinator will manage compliance with deliverables, develop educational opportunities for staff, and establish a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of current contracts and ensure compliance with deliverables
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans, including policies and procedures
- Analyze performance indicators and prepare Quality Summary Reports for Senior Management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health services management, public health, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience with software systems for reporting and data management
- 2+ years of experience in project organization and operational support
- General knowledge of process improvement applications
- Demonstrated experience in professional communication with internal and external customers
