Quality Improvement Coordinator
Job Summary
Conducting quality reviews and audits, the full-time Quality Improvement Coordinator will perform compliance assessments of delegated entities, manage quality issues, and serve as a liaison for clinical initiatives in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality on-site reviews and generate written summaries of findings for delegated entities
- Document and resolve complaints and sentinel events related to quality of care issues
- Audit medical records and analyze data for quality improvement studies and activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- 3+ years of clinical, quality improvement, or healthcare experience
- 2+ years of experience in a quality function within a healthcare setting
- LPN, LVN, RN, PA, or LCSW license preferred
- CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) preferred
