  • Oversee quality improvement for risk adjustment processes across all products
  • Present improvement results and performance measures to senior management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in quality management, quality improvement, or healthcare operations
  • Certified Professional in Health Care Quality preferred
  • Expertise in STARS/HEDIS measures and accreditation processes
  • Advanced skills in quality improvement data analytics and reporting
