Quality Improvement Director

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide quality strategy initiatives, the full-time remote Quality Improvement Director will manage process improvement activities, oversee NCQA Accreditation and HEDIS performance, and collaborate with teams to enhance Medicare STARS ratings and provider satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and direct quality improvement efforts, including NCQA Accreditation and HEDIS performance
• Collaborate with the Medicare STARS team to enhance overall ratings and oversee provider satisfaction surveys
• Research and implement best practices to streamline operations and improve health outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 7+ years of quality management, quality improvement, or healthcare operations experience required
• Certified Professional in Health Care Quality preferred
