Job Summary
To enhance quality improvement initiatives, the full-time salaried Quality Improvement Director will oversee quality monitoring activities for various programs, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate with stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and organize quality/performance improvement programs to meet clinical goals and strategic objectives
- Facilitate a multidisciplinary approach to process improvement and oversee the agency's quality improvement work plan
- Conduct audits and reviews of practices, providing recommendations to enhance service quality and efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Public Health, or Social Science; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in mental health and crisis intervention
- Experience with Medicaid programs and government-funded services preferred
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements in the behavioral health field
- 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
