Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Facilitator (Imaging).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the implementation of new projects, programs, education, audits, and follow-up reviews
  • Provide advice and training on quality improvement efforts at all organizational levels
  • Serve as a resource for clinical departments in quality improvement and patient safety
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field, or equivalent 8 years of experience required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Five years of experience in a clinical setting or leading quality/patient safety improvement projects preferred
  • Certification in CPHQ, CPHRM, or CPPS preferred, with a plan to obtain certification within 2 years of hire
  • Experience in quality improvement, patient safety, or risk management is preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and familiarity with Microsoft Office software
