Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Manager - Medicare STARS & HEDIS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee data compilation, review, and analysis for Quality Management programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Act as the primary liaison between vendors and the enterprise, managing technical solutions for NCQA accreditation and CMS Star programs
  • Lead and develop staff by providing training, coaching, and performance management to ensure regulatory compliance and service excellence
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience instead of a degree
  • 4 years of experience in data reporting
  • Must have SAS and/or SQL experience
  • Must have Medicare STARS/CMS Regulatory experience
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
