Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Manager - Medicare STARS & HEDIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee data compilation, review, and analysis for Quality Management programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Act as the primary liaison between vendors and the enterprise, managing technical solutions for NCQA accreditation and CMS Star programs
- Lead and develop staff by providing training, coaching, and performance management to ensure regulatory compliance and service excellence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience instead of a degree
- 4 years of experience in data reporting
- Must have SAS and/or SQL experience
- Must have Medicare STARS/CMS Regulatory experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience
