Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the quality improvement program, including HEDIS reporting
  • Review and analyze reports, confer with staff for data collection, and ensure compliance with government requirements
  • Evaluate procedures for improvement, manage vendor oversight, and monitor costs while preparing the budget
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in quality improvement
  • Supervisory experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Nursing background preferred
  • Certification in healthcare or quality improvement preferred
