Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the quality improvement program, including HEDIS reporting
- Review and analyze reports, confer with staff for data collection, and ensure compliance with government requirements
- Evaluate procedures for improvement, manage vendor oversight, and monitor costs while preparing the budget
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in quality improvement
- Supervisory experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Nursing background preferred
- Certification in healthcare or quality improvement preferred
