Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the quality improvement program and support staff in daily functions
  • Review and analyze reports and data to ensure compliance with government program requirements
  • Collaborate with departments to resolve complaints and monitor costs while participating in budget preparation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of clinical, quality management, or healthcare-related experience
  • 1 year of recent quality improvement and supervisory experience in a healthcare environment
  • Current state registered nursing license preferred
  • Certification in quality improvement or risk management may be required in certain states
