Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Improvement to oversee and manage quality improvement functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the quality improvement program, including HEDIS reporting and daily QI functions
  • Review and analyze reports and confer with staff to gather necessary data for planning work activities
  • Ensure compliance with government program requirements and prepare reports for management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in quality improvement
  • Supervisory experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Nursing background preferred
  • Certification in healthcare or quality improvement preferred
