Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Improvement to oversee and manage quality improvement functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality improvement program, including HEDIS reporting and daily QI functions
- Review and analyze reports and confer with staff to gather necessary data for planning work activities
- Ensure compliance with government program requirements and prepare reports for management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in quality improvement
- Supervisory experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Nursing background preferred
- Certification in healthcare or quality improvement preferred
