Job Summary
Overseeing the quality improvement program, the full-time Quality Improvement Manager will manage daily QI functions, analyze reports, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards while working remotely with occasional travel for team meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze reports and records to ensure compliance with government program requirements
- Collaborate with departments to resolve complaints and appeals in accordance with policies and procedures
- Evaluate and implement improved procedures to meet quality improvement objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of clinical, quality management, or healthcare-related experience
- 1 year of recent quality improvement and supervisory experience in a healthcare environment
- Current state registered nursing license preferred
- Certification in quality improvement or risk management may be required in certain states
