Job Summary

To support the organization's quality and regulatory goals, the full-time remote Quality Improvement Manager will oversee HEDIS Operations and Quality Improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance, driving performance improvement, and managing vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee quality improvement activities and staff to enhance clinical quality performance measures
  • Analyze data to develop and implement intervention strategies aimed at improving health outcomes
  • Coordinate and manage the medical record management process for HEDIS reporting and ensure audit readiness
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in quality improvement data and outcome analysis in healthcare
  • Experience with HEDIS and NCQA accreditation standards preferred
  • Proven ability to lead operational projects and collaborate across clinical and quality teams
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
