Quality Improvement Manager
Job Summary
Overseeing the quality improvement program, the full-time Quality Improvement Manager will lead the state HEDIS audit and regulatory submission portfolio while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the key escalation point for Health Plans, auditors, and internal partners
- Oversee state HEDIS and regulatory reporting programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements
- Prepare reports and analyze data to improve quality improvement functions and procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of clinical, quality management, or healthcare-related experience
- 1 year of recent quality improvement and supervisory experience in a healthcare environment
- Strong knowledge of HEDIS, NCQA requirements, and Medicaid quality reporting
- Experience leading complex audit or regulatory programs with multiple concurrent deadlines preferred
