Quality Improvement Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the quality improvement program, the full-time remote Quality Improvement Manager will manage daily QI functions, analyze reports, and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze reports and data to facilitate planning and compliance with quality improvement objectives
• Collaborate with departments to document and resolve complaints and appeals according to company policies
• Evaluate and implement improved procedures to ensure adherence to required standards and budget monitoring

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of clinical, quality management, or healthcare-related experience
• 1 year of recent quality improvement and supervisory experience in a healthcare environment
• Current state registered nursing license preferred; certification in quality improvement or risk management may be required in certain states
• Experience with managed care, Medicare STARS, and HEDIS initiatives strongly preferred
