Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Director, Quality Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees and implements healthcare quality improvement initiatives and education programs
- Monitors and tracks key quality indicators and programs to demonstrate effectiveness
- Leads HEDIS Performance Measurement programs and collaborates with various departments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 7+ years relevant experience, including 5 years in health plan quality improvement
- Demonstrated knowledge of HEDIS programs and experience with Medicaid and Medicare
- 3 years management experience and operational knowledge of Excel and Visio
- NCQA Accreditation experience
