Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director, Quality Improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees and implements healthcare quality improvement initiatives and education programs
  • Monitors and tracks key quality indicators and programs to demonstrate effectiveness
  • Leads HEDIS Performance Measurement programs and collaborates with various departments
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum of 7+ years relevant experience, including 5 years in health plan quality improvement
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HEDIS programs and experience with Medicaid and Medicare
  • 3 years management experience and operational knowledge of Excel and Visio
  • NCQA Accreditation experience
