Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Project Manager - Health Equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor quality improvement and organizational projects, including NCQA and HEDIS preparation
- Analyze data and develop presentations for committees and educational materials
- Maintain detailed project documentation and support the project life cycle from planning to closure
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or equivalent experience; Master's in Public Health preferred
- 4+ years of quality improvement or project management experience in managed care
- Advanced knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
