Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Quality Process Improvement Project Manager will manage multidisciplinary teams to design and implement healthcare programs, define project scopes and objectives, and analyze operational efficiencies to enhance quality and performance across practices.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborates with stakeholders to co-design and evaluate new healthcare programs from concept to delivery
- Defines project scope, objectives, and milestones while monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Conducts research and analysis to identify gaps and recommend improvements in operational performance and risk mitigation processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Finance, or a related field with 2-4 years of healthcare experience
- Extensive experience in data analytics and leading clinical quality programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including pivot tables
- Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts and hospital operations
- Experience in developing training materials and operational documents
