Quality Improvement Project Manager

Job Summary

Coordinating and monitoring quality improvement and organizational projects, the full-time Quality Improvement Project Manager will oversee NCQA and HEDIS preparations while working remotely from Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Manage quality improvement projects from inception to closure, ensuring adherence to NCQA standards
• Analyze data and develop educational materials for internal staff and external constituents
• Coordinate HEDIS submissions and interventions to enhance health measures for the Plan

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or equivalent experience; Master's in Public Health preferred
• 4+ years of quality improvement or project management experience in managed care
• Advanced knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
• Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or CPHQ certification highly preferred
