Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Quality Improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership for continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality of care
  • Oversee accreditation processes and coordinate company-wide quality assessment and improvement activities
  • Analyze reports to identify trends and recommend quality improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of quality management or equivalent leadership experience
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
  • Supervisory experience including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
