Job Summary

A company is looking for a Market Quality Improvement Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reporting requirements for Quality and Delegation Oversight teams
  • Develop and maintain Metric Dashboards and tracking of Quality Audits
  • Assist with onboarding new delegates and planning committee meetings
Required Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in business, health administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Managed Care or Healthcare Administration experience
  • Experience in Quality Improvement, Case Management, or Utilization Review preferred
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with the healthcare field, including Medicaid and Medicare
