Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality & Improvement Specialist (Biz Ops Specialist) to work remotely anywhere in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality assurance audits and communicate results to management
  • Identify process gaps and collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for client offboarding and internal support
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
  • Experience in Quality Assurance related to business operations or client benefits administration services
  • Benefit Administration experience, particularly with COBRA, verification services, or compliance
  • Proven intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, including experience with pivot tables and nested functions
  • Experience in process documentation and training others using that documentation is a plus
