Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist II to assist with daily operations and support within the Quality Improvement department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the HEDIS project, including nurse assignment, timeline adherence, and vendor oversight
  • Assist in data collection, entry, and report generation for Quality Improvement initiatives
  • Analyze data and prepare reports for committee discussions and conduct interdepartmental audits
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of data management experience in a health insurance organization
  • Experience in report generation management or project management
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Preferred experience in quality initiatives, including HEDIS projects and NCQA standards
