Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Initiative Specialist who facilitates and supports quality improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports quality improvement methodology and tools to enhance process and outcome measures
  • Coordinates and analyzes data related to clinical processes and patient outcomes
  • Coaches departments in implementing improvement strategies and evidence-based practices
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Performance Improvement (PI) certification preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Experience in Quality Improvement Methodology and data analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar software required
