Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Initiative Specialist who facilitates and supports quality improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports quality improvement methodology and tools to enhance process and outcome measures
- Coordinates and analyzes data related to clinical processes and patient outcomes
- Coaches departments in implementing improvement strategies and evidence-based practices
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Performance Improvement (PI) certification preferred
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Experience in Quality Improvement Methodology and data analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar software required
