Job Summary

Quality Improvement Specialist is a full-time salaried position responsible for collaborating with management to evaluate and improve HEDIS data and processes through team facilitation and quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions
  • Lead improvement work teams and facilitate meetings to manage projects effectively
  • Analyze data and prepare presentations to support quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
  • Minimum of five years of healthcare or managed care experience required
  • Experience with the Model for Improvement (PDSA) preferred
  • Medicaid and/or Medicare experience preferred
  • Certification in healthcare quality (CPHQ or ASQ) preferred
