Job Summary
To enhance quality improvement initiatives, the full-time Quality Improvement Specialist will coordinate program activities, monitor compliance, and collaborate with various stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing a formal quality improvement plan across crisis centers to achieve goals
- Monitor internal quality improvement activities and ensure adherence to funder and agency goals
- Conduct data collection and analysis to set key performance indicators and measure progress
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred in Healthcare, Public Health, or Social Sciences
- Prior experience at a crisis center or interest in mental health/suicide prevention preferred
- Experience with compliance and quality improvement activities and data analysis preferred
- Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) required
