Quality Improvement Specialist (NY Licensed)

Job Summary

To enhance the quality of services, the full-time Quality Improvement Specialist (NY Licensed) will monitor compliance and improve outcome measures for the H2H program while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct documentation and interaction monitoring for quality improvement across H2H programs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and identify training needs for Counselors and Peer Support Specialists
• Maintain detailed records and reports on quality improvement scores and outcomes for the H2H program

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, public health, social sciences, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in crisis services, behavioral health, or contact-center quality improvement
• Experience with quality-improvement activities, compliance monitoring, or data analysis preferred
• Knowledge of crisis-intervention practices such as Motivational Interviewing or Mental Health First Aid preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
