Job Summary
To enhance the quality of services, the full-time Quality Improvement Specialist (NY Licensed) will monitor compliance and improve outcome measures for the H2H program while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct documentation and interaction monitoring for quality improvement across H2H programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and identify training needs for Counselors and Peer Support Specialists
- Maintain detailed records and reports on quality improvement scores and outcomes for the H2H program
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, public health, social sciences, or a related field; master's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in crisis services, behavioral health, or contact-center quality improvement
- Experience with quality-improvement activities, compliance monitoring, or data analysis preferred
- Knowledge of crisis-intervention practices such as Motivational Interviewing or Mental Health First Aid preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
