Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Quality Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Quality Improvement Associates to meet monthly audit performance metrics
• Investigate and optimize productivity and performance using infrastructure tools
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data to prepare reports and make recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent required
• One to two years of managed care experience required
• One to three years of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Managed Care and Health Insurance concepts and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
