Job Summary
Coordinating quality projects and payer programs, the full-time Quality Incentives Coordinator will work remotely from Michigan to enhance patient outcomes and optimize financial incentives through data capture and compliance initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage coordination of quality projects and payer quality programs to maximize value-based revenue
- Develop action plans for data capture, HEDIS compliance, and care coordination to ensure positive outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare administrators, providers, and insurers on quality and process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field
- Solid understanding of Medical Terminology
- 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical experience is preferred
