A company is looking for a Quality Incentives Coordinator - Urology.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality projects and payer quality programs to ensure positive patient and financial outcomes
• Review and assess provider office practices in collaboration with administration and managers
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare administrators, providers, and community leaders to support quality initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Post-secondary education in business or a related field
• Solid understanding of medical terminology
• Preferred 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical experience is preferred
