Job Summary
Coordinating quality projects and payer quality programs, the full-time Quality Incentives Coordinator - Michigan will work remotely to improve patient outcomes and maximize value-based revenue through collaboration with healthcare teams and administrators.
Key responsibilities
- Manage quality projects and develop action plans to ensure compliance and capture financial incentives
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrators to assess and enhance quality initiatives
- Maintain personalized service through individual contact with key stakeholders in the community
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field
- Solid understanding of Medical Terminology
- Preferred 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical experience is preferred
