Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team to ensure competency and productivity in achieving strategic priorities
• Lead the creation and implementation of departmental improvement plans and quality studies
• Drive development of Electronic Health Record tools and manage quality data analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Quality Management, or related field
• Typically requires 5 years of experience in population health, quality, and project management
• 1 year of supervisory experience managing staff and budgets
• Advanced knowledge of quality improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects effectively
