Quality Intelligence Specialist (IL Licensed)
Job Summary
The remote Quality Intelligence Specialist (IL Licensed) will ensure effective use of clinical process and outcomes information, collaborate with clinical teams and EMR systems, and support compliance with quality reporting initiatives while working full-time from the greater Chicagoland area.
Key responsibilities
- Support and engage clinical teams on appropriate clinical documentation and quality patient care measures
- Collaborate with IS teams and clinical departments to leverage electronic medical records for accurate data reporting
- Ensure compliance with CMS requirements and validate data used to measure clinical performance
Required qualifications
- Current clinical license (RN, RPh, etc.)
- Master's degree in healthcare (e.g., Nursing Informatics, Public Health) preferred
- Patient care experience
- Demonstrated understanding of complex patient care metrics
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
