Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Lead responsible for driving positive change and process improvement in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulations, and client agreements while managing quality management processes
  • Support internal quality programs, conduct investigations of service complaints, and collaborate on client audits
  • Identify improvement opportunities and escalate issues that could impact services to management
Required Qualifications
  • University/Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • 5 years of quality experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industries
  • Experience in data mining, analysis, and presentation
  • Previous audit experience as a QMS Subject Matter Expert preferred
  • Pharmacovigilance QA experience is a plus
