Quality Management Analyst

Job Summary

Quality Management Analyst is a full-time position responsible for developing and managing training and quality management programs to ensure the integrity of medical records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity and quality while ensuring conformity to requirements
• Conduct audits, manage outcome tracking, and develop improvement plans
• Prepare and submit reports, while liaising with stakeholders on project progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
• Epic Certification, preferably in Identity
• Minimum of five years of healthcare data integrity experience, with at least one year in training
• Extensive technical skills in healthcare information systems and MS Office
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and work collaboratively
