Quality Management Analyst

Job Summary

Leveraging technology and data to improve healthcare outcomes, the full-time Quality Management Senior Analyst will design, implement, and maintain health information systems, analyze quality healthcare data, and support regulatory reporting efforts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage quality data, regulatory reporting, and analytics functions to enable actionable insights for internal teams
• Design and develop dashboards and reporting solutions to effectively communicate insights to various audiences
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support achievement of quality performance metrics, including HEDIS and Medicare Stars

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in managed care or a similar healthcare environment, including HEDIS
• 3+ years of experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Tableau, SQL, and/or Power BI
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare data
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
